Refund policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, the returns period commences from the day you receive your order. By day 14, your unwanted order must be in transit and on its way back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns shipping, we recommend you use a tracking service as we are not responsible for items lost in the post.

Damages and issues
To be eligible for a return, all tags and labels must still be attached and the item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns that show evidence of dirt, make up, perfumes, washing powders, fake tan or other damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
